Revisit the list of soul-traits. Choose one soul-trait that you think would contribute to making peace--in society, in your own life, in your relationships. Then choose one or more practices that will help you develop that soul-trait.
As in the Mussar experiential assignment, spend one week doing your chosen practices. Then, reflect on: • How it felt to do the practices; • What you learned from doing these practices; • Any increase in peace or decrease in conflict you noticed.
